THG Studios client services team works across a wide range of commercial clients including Disney, Asda, DFS, Homebase, Campari and Jet2. The team provides support across a wide range of media including lifestyle and packaging design and shoots, social media output and a range of other digital and physical media. Working as part of a wider team including designers, artworkers, project managers, producers and strategy, the team ensures that the clients requirements and vision are realised. The team also work closely with our new business function to ensure a smooth transition throughout the onboarding process and then into exploring growth opportunities as relationships develop.
To lead your divisional creative team to create work that's high quality, on brand, on brief, and on deadline. You're someone who is excited and knowledgeable about design and the industry and you inspire those around you. You're commercially minded and collaborate with the wider teams in a way that elevates the perception of Studios across the business. You understand Studio's values and put them into practice.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead on appointed brands and projects within your division - supported by your CD
- Create campaigns from concept through to execution in collaboration with brand, marketing, production and art-working
- Ensure all of the work created by you and your team is idea driven, high-quality, on brand, on brief, on strategy, and meets the deadline.
- Be the brand guardian for the brands you work on. Upkeep and update brand guidelines where needed
- Follow and lead Studio's systems and processes
- Attend relevant creative or client meetings
- Communicate effectively
- Effectively present proposals and pitches stakeholders and external clients.
- Work at pace and be reactive when needed
- Have great attention to detail when QCing work
- Help CD to scope jobs
- Report back to the CDs on resource requirements, production problems and creative performance of staff
- Provide creative support and constructive feedback regularly to all team members
- Be commercially minded
- Look for areas that can be improved: creative, workflow, stakeholder management etc.
- Be collaborative and build strong relationships - be a role model for your team and Studios
- Work smarter through workflow, process, efficiency and time management of yourself and your team
- Responsible for helping positively impact the Studio's reputation inside and outside of THG
- Be an example of Studio's values
- Manage, empower and mentor your direct reports through regular communication and 1-2-1s
- Support the CD in defining the team's goals based on the overall goals for Studio's. Help the team to ladder up their KPIs, PDPs and objectives accordingly.
- Be commercially minded
- Act as the main point of contact for designers in supporting creative decisions where necessary.
- Deal with any creative issues that arise from internal / external clients
- Be proactive and organised
- Continually look to improve your own skillset.
- Responsible for meeting your own personal objectives and KPIs agreed with your CD
