C.P. Hart is the UK’s first choice premium bathroom company, known by all for its market-leading service and standards. Due to our continued success, we are looking for a Client Support Executive.

**The Role**

To manage the showroom Order Book for delivery. To coordinate delivery dates with clients after an order has been placed, and to deal with all delivery issues that may arise.
- To coordinate the delivery of goods once an order has been placed.
- Initiate a comprehensive handover with the Consultant - dependent on the project complexity.
- Once an order has been received, the client must be contacted.
- Ensure the client is fully engaged and is signposted on all necessary points of the process.
- Agreement to be made with the client on viable delivery dates for 1st delivery and any subsequent deliveries.
- Payments to be taken when necessary. Credit Accounts are managed correctly in line with the Sales Ledger process.
- Notepads to be completed and delivery dates are to be booked.
- Manage all Purchase Orders issues and confirmation dates that may prevent the progress of an order to the client’s requirements.
- Proactive communication with the client or client’s representative throughout the journey of the order - updating on progress when required.
- Daily checks on My Active Documents to ensure that all new orders are dealt with and existing deliveries are correct and running smoothly.
- Liaise with Sales Consultants to highlight any issues that are deemed non-delivery issues.

**Essential qualities**
- Customer services experience
- Good communication skills
- Good team player
- The ability to multitask
- Computer literate
