**Night Care Assistant**
**Location**: Chorley, Lancashire
**Service**: Astley View Care Home
**Contract Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Pay**: £12.60 per hour + Overtime £14.10 per hour
**Annual Salary**: £25,225.20 per year
**Hours**: 38.5 hours per week**,**8pm - 8am shifts on a two-week rolling rota:

- **Week 1**: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
- **Week 2**: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

**About the Role**:
Evermore Care is seeking experienced **Care Assistants** for our new service at **Astley View** in Chorley, Lancashire. This role involves providing compassionate, high-quality care to elderly residents in a modern and innovative care environment. You will work closely with the team to ensure each resident receives personalised, thoughtful care tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in dementia or residential care settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team to monitor residents' health needs and liaise with senior staff as required.
- Assisting in the preparation and updating of residents' care plans according to their wishes and Evermore Care policies.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support residents with all aspects of personal care, including washing and dressing.
- Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
- Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, reporting any changes promptly.
- Work seamlessly with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of care.
