**The Role**

Working at **New Home Site Sales Negotiator within the Bristol **region, you’ll be passionate about **matching people with the most appropriate property**. Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you carrying out all sales operations on new home sites, developing business, assisting negotiations and guiding sales to completion.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the **best customer service possible.**

**The role**

**Focusing on New Homes Sales the chosen individual will be responsible for the following**:

- Maintaining and nurturing e**xisting developer relationships** whilst building new opportunities with new developers
- **Sourcing properties**:

- Having the knowledge and **vision to sell and complete on off plan developments**:

- Ensure all opportunities to upsell third party services are grasped
- Managing your **sales through to completion**:

- Becoming the “go to” person in the city centre for investors, developers and new build home
- The successful New Homes Specialist could come from either a resales background or be in the new homes sector at the moment, you will have **property sales experience,** be impeccably **well presented,** have incredible written and verbal **communication skills** and more importantly a **drive and hunger to succeed** and progress within the brand.

**Skills needed**:

- Previous **New Homes experience or traditional Sales Negotiator experience **is desirable
- You will have **strong communication skills **with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will have **solid IT skills**:

- **Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability** is key
- You will be **well spoken and well presented**:

- You will be **target driven and ambitious**:

- You will have **excellent organisational skills** and punctuality is of upmost importance

**Please be advised salary range advertised is including OTE
- basic is £25000 and on top of basic there is OTE potential up to £30k a year* The role is on a full-time basis - based in Keynsham**
