**The Role**

Our Lettings negotiators are skilled communicators who bring a personal touch to work every day, ensuring clients enjoy an exceptional level of service, passionate about matching people with the most appropriate property.

Here, you’ll enjoy a diverse role that will see you getting and letting properties, as well as encouraging clients to take advantage of our complete portfolio of property services.

It’s a passion you’ll share with your colleagues, who’ll support and assist you to deliver the best customer service possible.

**If you’re a Lettings Negotiator with solid experience from the past or you are person with lettings experience from different sector, do not hesitate to apply**

We’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed does not matter on which level you are on

In return for your hard work you will have the opportunity to substantially increase your basic salary with an uncapped commission structure.

**This is a 5 day working week not 6 like many other Agency’s**

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
