**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Leadership from the Vice President of Consulting will enable the Project Coordinator to build relationships and provide outstanding customer service to consultants and existing customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
**Training, including**:
- Onboarding new consultants by training them on internal systems.
**Suppor**t**, including**:
- Supporting consulting projects by assisting on projects (where applicable) and following up on key items with customers and consultants.
**Project Management & Administratio**n**, including**:
- Reviewing project deliverables and miscellaneous communication on the consulting portal, including budget monitoring
- Validating signed charter, timeline, migration documentation, etc.
- Creating a portal checklist to review with Consulting Managers on a weekly basis
- Working with consultants to ensure project status reports (PSRs) are completed on time, as well as reviewing PSRs.
- Coordinating with customer and internal resources for scheduling meetings
- Assisting consulting managers with project resource assignments, timesheets, and expense reports
- Reviewing billable time for team members
- Tracking different metrics for employees
**Documentation Management, **including**:
- Creating and reviewing project documentation, especially flowcharts, spreadsheets, checklists, charters, and timelines
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Exhibits strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Has excellent organization, time management, listening, and communication skills.
- Is self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented.
- Can be mentored to refine skills needed to attain goals.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Is able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
