Our finacial training client is a very well established and global financial services training organisation servicing a number of the world’s financial institutions from Investment Banks through to private banks, financial services and asset managers. Operatingfrom locations across the globe, they have a world class reputation in financial training (specifically Governance, Risk and Compliance) providing solutions via technology led digital E-Learning and classroom based training. The business is now on the lookoutfor an experienced Business Development Manager for their UK operations.

**The Business Development Manager Role**:
This is a role where you will have autonomy and ownership of the sales function. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for both the proactive growth of existing and development of new sales accounts.Workingclosely with marketing, youwill benefit from a large intake of warm leads and will need a strong, relationship builder with a consultative sales approach to further enhance these leads and nurture through to a close.
- Responsible for owning the sales and business development process and function
- Managing inbound enquiries and proactive, outbound engagement with clients within banking and finance SME and mid-market
- Driving sales for their financial training portfolio in a consultative, professional and responsible manner.

**Your Experience as Business Development Manager**:
Ideally, you will have experience of either selling directly to the banking and / or financial market space or you may have an interest in the financial services industry through education, hobbies etc. Alternatively, you may have experience of working inanother training organisation, perhaps servicing a different sector.

**The Business Development Manager Remuneration**:
This is an important role in the business with a basic salary of £40-45,000 and an OTE of £70,000+ Uncapped in year 1. You will also receive a laptop, mobile phone, healthcare, pension and hybrid working.
