Clearwell Mobility is the South East's leading retailer of mobility aids for the elderly and less able. Established in 2004 we have 11 showrooms and are now recruiting for Sales Assistant at our Worthing branch.
We offer our customers a personal shopper experience and encourage our team members to spend time with customers to get an understanding of them, their home environment and their aspirations. We don't pressure you with targets - we just want you to provide great advice and great service.
**What you'll be doing**:
- Providing a welcoming, professional first point of contact and assistance to everyone who comes into the showroom
- Assisting customers with product selection, advise on product features and assess user requirements
- Processing customers purchases, returns and exchanges along with the related admin tasks
- Processing web and telephone sales orders and organising their dispatch
- Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom, including merchandising displays

- Flexibility to work on a monthly rota basis
This role would suit: sales assistant, shop assistant, sales advisor, carer, retail experience.
