We’re looking for an **Information Coordinator** to join our Eastern Construction business.

**Location**: Flexible with offices in both Cambridge and Essex - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

**Contract**: Permanent, full-time. Flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.

**Responsibilities**

The Information Coordinator will manage the project common data environment (CDE) and provide ongoing training and support to project stakeholders.

Your day to day will include:

- Act as the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors
- Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval
- Configuration and preparation of status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards
- Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team, in line with Kier protocols and ISO 19650

**Who are we looking for?**
- Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions. ISO 19650-2 National Annex preferred, BS 1192 fundamentally
- Competent experience with EDMS, Asite preferred along with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams and SharePoint
- Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources, preferably within a tier one environment
