You will deliver truly person-centred care where each individual is at the heart of everything you do, at this specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service which boasts extensive facilities that cater for specific needs of theresidents. You will turn your hand to all administrative duties, supporting the reception, HR, Finance teams and the CPA coordinator, medical secretary, ward and MHA admins on an ad-hoc basis.

**Your responsibilities**:

- To enable the smooth running of training for the site.
- To co-ordinate the delivery of induction, mandatory training and adhoc training.
- Work alongside the training lead to maintain high compliance with training
- To communicate with staff both written and verbally to ensure maximum attendance for training.
- To liaise with site Staffing admin in ensuring the wards have required cover for staff to attend training.
- To maintain high quality, tidy and up to date training records.
- To run reports for training figures when required.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- GCSE certificate, Grade C or above in English & Mathematics, or equivalent
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in a similar role
