**About the Role**

Here at Aspire Training Team, we provide success to individuals across the South-West of the United Kingdom via delivering first-class qualifications in Childcare, Business Administration, Team-Leading & Management, alongside various short courses.

Aspire Training Team has achieved its Investors in People recognition as well as the Beacon Award for Training Excellence, Good Ofsted grade and top grades from external inspectors NCFE and City & Guilds. We work very closely with each employer and individual learner to ensure that everyone achieves their set goals.

You will be responsible for visiting your learners at their places of work as well as remotely, ensuring that you are delivering excellent training and mentorship to help them achieve their chosen qualification.

This is a full-time position and the hourly rate of pay will be dependent on qualifications and experience.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who has experience in assessing Business Admin, Team Leading and Management up to Levels 2 and 3, with an awareness of Apprenticeship Standards.

To be considered for this position, you must have an A1, and AET Assessor Awards (or equivalents).

You will have excellent time-keeping ability and be able to use your initiative as you will be visiting external sites regularly.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to possess your own vehicle and hold a valid Driver’s Licence.

**Your Key Duties & Responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring fair assessments for your learners, with 3 hours per month assigned to each learner
- Ensuring accurate assessment of your learner against National Standards
- Developing Action Plans for your learners and for yourself, showing at least one meeting per month.
- Develop training plans for your learners and for yourself
- Ensure that assessments are compatible with normal working processes of the learner’s workplace, ensuring the employer and learner are both involved in decisions.
- Promotion of quality within the site and externally, i.e. on trips.
- Complete and organize learner portfolios’, i.e. assessment plans, de-briefs, NCFE and Aspire Training Team paperwork, ensuring all evidence is accessible
- Prompt referral to your Team Leader in the event of any concerns
- Complete own portfolio of all current paperwork and forms likely to be needed, including the complaints and appeals procedures
- Ensure all relevant training is undertaken and your CPD is current and up-to-date
