**Junior People & Culture Partner**

Reporting to the People & Culture Partner/Manager you will:

- Act as first point of contact for people queries
- Working with the People & Culture Partner to provide support & guidance on general people issues including employee relations and policies
- Assist in the delivery of recruitment processes coordinating job ads through to on-boarding of new starters
- Manage and coordinate monthly reports to establish people trends and analysis
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to instil confidence in advice
- Partner with managers to support and deliver at service level, the company people plan
- Provide sound and informed HR advice to the business with a high focus on proactively managing compliance processes.
- Use questioning, listening and investigation techniques to quickly identify the root cause of a situation and provide advice based on this.
- Mediate in situations of conflict to ensure a mutually agreed, lasting and meaningful resolution
- Provide regular and meaningful feedback to your line manager identifying patterns and trends with people and compliance matters.
- Act impartially in all situations to facilitate fair, transparent and unbiased ER processes.
- Monitor absence and holidays
- supporting services to analyse data trends and devising practices that will counter any issues with absence.
- Provide administrative support for investigations, disciplinary and appeal hearings and advise line managers and staff on organisational policy and best practice.
- Support the people and wellbeing agenda for the service and support the team to push forward with these positive initiatives.
- Hold or working towards CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Have experience of providing HR support to multiple staff groups offering advice and guidance.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
