Fish Fryer

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook various food items using frying techniques while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Assist with meal preparation for other kitchen staff as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food products.
- Help manage inventory by tracking supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn new culinary skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
