- Keep track of the hotel's revenue and expenses.
- Handle personnel issues.
- Handle customer issues.
- Handle food handling issues.
- Handle facility issues.
- Handle regulatory issues.
- Deal with the hotel's contractors.
- Deal with the hotel's architect.
- Manage daily operations and customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
