**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Degree level Digital and Technology Solutions Apprentice with Total Enterprise Solutions, a Charity focused digital transformation services Company based in Rugeley, Staffordshire.

TES are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Technology Apprentice to join our growing team. We are the only UK Microsoft Dynamics Partner dedicated to the charity and not-for-profit sector**. **TES are a highly knowledgeable team of consultants, project managers, sales people and managed Services professionals delivering world class Microsoft products to charities in order to make a real social impact.

This is an amazing opportunity for an enthusiastic and aspiring IT professional to take the first steps into a career in IT and software delivery and support. As an apprentice as TES, you will continually learn new technologies and will have the opportunity to experience and exposure to a wide variety of roles in IT before deciding on which area you wish to specialise.

You will begin your career at TES as a key part of our managed services team and will assist customers with a wide variety of product enquiries. Whilst learning from our team of experts on the job you will also complete a level 6 BSC Digital Technology Solutions Degree (Apprenticeship).

**Your duties and responsibility in this role will consist of**:

- Providing excellent customer service.
- Managing customer contact from our online portal, telephone and live chat.
- Ensuring the correct level of troubleshooting and diagnostics are applied to customer incidents.
- Create knowledge base articles and processes documentation for products, known issues and work arounds ensuring these are reviewed and maintained.
- Assist with the delivery and implementation of small customer software projects.
- Communicate with customers clearly updating on status, progress and resolution.
- Effectively prioritising work ensuring that customer experience is maintained to a high level.
- Attend customer sites UK wide as and when required.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent including English Language and Maths)
- 104 UCAS points

**Skills Required**:

- Demonstrable customer service experience is essential.
- Driving licence and access to a car is desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft stack is desirable.
- Evidence of relevant IT qualification or learning is desirable.
