**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Support apprentice with West Kirby, a school based in Wirral.

You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a small and dedicated team of experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience, allowing you to take your skills to the next level. You’ll play a key role in assisting and actioning the school’s ICT strategy.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:
Working with the Head of IT, the IT Apprentice will assist with servicing ICT equipment and systems. The main duties of the role will also include:

- Keeping the asset management system up to date.
- Ensuring IT issue tickets are responded to promptly and resolved as soon as possible - Assisting with equipment upgrades.
- Working closely with the Head of IT to implement security and usability improvements across the Charity.

**Qualifications**:
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Future prospects**:
The role offers a permanent role upon completion of the apprenticeship depending on performance.

**Training to be provided**:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Support Technician, with training in how to:
