**Location**: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

**Hours**:16.5 contracted hours per week (15:00 till 22:30 sleep till 0630am. Finish time will be 15:00 or 9:30am depending on customer allocation, Mon-Sun, including weekends, days, evenings and holidays)

**Salary**: £10,573.21 per annum pro rata (£12.29 p/h)

Advance is looking for Support Workers in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire to support customers with learning disabilities/ autism/ complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You must have a **full UK/International driving license** must have access to a vehicle, mileage will be paid for at 0.45p per mile.

**Day to Day Activities**:

- Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required)
- Medication administration (if required)
- Support with preparing and cooking meals
- Support with attending medical appointments
- Support with social activities
- Support with independent skills
- Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
- Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required
- Keeping up to date with your training

- Good at working on your own and within a team
- Excellent at communicating with people
- Able to complete quality support records
- Able to work every other weekends
- Able to work from 3pm from Monday Sunday, this shift requires a sleep-in from 10:30pm-6:30am. The person will be required to remain on shift until 9:30am onwards Tuesday - Friday. Shift will start at 3pm until 3pm the following day on Saturday and Sunday.
