Head of Fundraising

£65,315 per annum

Permanent

Full time / Part time / Compressed hours will be considered

Location: Hybrid, London.

This organisation has a small team of fundraisers and as the Head of Fundraising you will drive the fundraising strategy and lead their philanthropic giving programmes. You will work closely with their community of senior industry leaders and academics to build engaging networks and you will act as an ambassador for the organisation. You will lead the team to raise money for much needed support towards STEM teaching and learning, student bursaries, helping engineering innovators in their early stages to become successful technology entrepreneurs, convening global engineering expertise to address some of the world's most pressing shared challenges and encouraging greater diversity and inclusion in UK engineering.

To be successful, you will have demonstrable success securing high value major gifts and legacy commitments, including through face-to-face cultivation. You will also be a strategic leader and will be confident working with and coaching senior leadership and volunteers. You will be a confident, diplomatic communicator with the ability to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally. If you have a passion for making a difference to people's lives, in a complex and changing world, this role could be for you.

You will need to have the right to work in the UK in order to be eligible for this role.
