Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute the material planning process to ensure timely availability of materials for production
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust as necessary to meet production demands
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve any supply chain issues
- Utilize data visualization tools and perform root cause analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and update inventory management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and minimize stock-outs
- Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

**Skills**:

- Proficient in shipping and receiving processes, including knowledge of relevant systems and documentation
- Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices
- Ability to analyze data using SQL or other analytical tools to identify patterns and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of inventory management techniques, including cycle counting, ABC analysis, and safety stock calculations
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
