Crewe, United Kingdom Absolute Commercial Full time

**Key duties will include**:

- Manage and maintain a detailed ad accurate installation schedule of all active jobs
- Manage communication with client sites and client account managers
- Ensure all queries are managed and processed to resolution
- Work well with internal teams to effectively plan installations
- Prepare installation pack and manage courier collections/deliveries
- Ensure all job are filed accurately
- Deputise for the Logistics Manager when required

**Key skills and experience required**:

- Confident communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Calm in difficult situations
- Ability to manage own time and prioritise tasks
- Highly motivated - strong ‘can do’ approach

Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.00am - 5.30pm

Holidays: 20 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas Shutdown

On site parking.
