**MAIN SCOPE OF ROLE**:
Managing and leading the day-to-day operations of International Sales from point of interest to delivery and aftercare.

**DUTIES SPECIFIC TO THE ROLE**
- Providing customer support for the International Division
- Manging, supporting and coaching the International team hub
- Raising Pro Forma invoices, Commercial Invoices and packing specs for international deliveries
- Implement and maintain a data tracking system for all orders / back orders / credit notes
- Follow the returns procedure by communicating directly with the customer and the Ansell Returns Dept to ensure all returns are managed in a timely manner with the correct documentation
- Provide customer base information on stock positions and scheduled deliveries on request
- Maintain manual invoices for customers with specific requirements that cannot be met by our current system
- Support the sales team with new account opening ensuring the process is followed and correct paperwork is complete for the finance department
- Liaise with Accounts/Credit Control department supporting the maintenance of customer base credit facility
- Ensuring quotations on request and product cross-comparisons are completed by the team to a high standard and in an agreed SLA
- Communicating with all stakeholders internally and externally to build relationships and ensure stream lining and efficiencies of processes
- Manage International customer contact replying to consumer queries and liaising with relevant department for answers
- Manage stock lists in line with customer requirements and communicate this to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain customer database for open accounts
- Maintaining excellent Customer Relations
- Identify process gaps and willingness to make recommendations
- Responding to Customer Enquires & Complaints in a timely manner
- Project Pricing
- International admin support to Sales Managers in all countries

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Excellent computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload, and to work within given deadlines
- An understanding of the Lighting Industry is desirable but not essential
- Somebody with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and progress in their role as the business develops
- Someone with an outgoing confident personality
