**Package**: £20-22K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£30K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

**The Role**:

- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Researching your market
- Account Management
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
- Building a personal brand in your chosen market
- Attending networking events
- Closing new business

**The Requirements**
- Degree educated, 2+ sales experince or 3 - 6 months recruitment experince
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good academics, ideally degree educated or 18 months sales experience
- Financially motivated
- Competitive
- A sense of achievement - sport, internships etc
- Work ethic
- Self confidence
