Here at CPD Bodies, we are looking for an Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis to join our growing company.

We are looking to appoint a reliable, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, IT skills and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Carrying out a full range of general office duties including photocopying & scanning
- Archiving and retrieving information and files
- Maintaining accurate records
- Creating of document files for each vehicle
- Dealing with inbound and outbound mail
- Directing telephone and personal enquiries from clients
- Other ad hoc duties as they arise
- Helping to cover Reception due to holidays/sickness

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workloads where necessary
- Ability to work under own initiative and as a member of a team
- Good computer and IT skills and ability to use Microsoft packages - e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel
- Hold UK driving licence
- Knowledge/experience of Sage Accounts (desired but not essential)

This is a permanent full-time post for 39 hours 8am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-3:30pm on Friday. Salary dependent on experience.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
