Office Administrator

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a part time basis of 21.5 hours per week. This is a Job Share position and the hours are set as follows:
Wednesday 9am-5pm
Thursday 9am-5pm
Friday 9am-4pm
With some flexibility to cover sickness and annual leave earlier in the week when required. (no weekends)
**Duties** **include but not limited to**:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
- Issuing digital property particulars.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Maintaining digital records.
- Typing of letters, Memos and Invoices.
- Provide clerical support by preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members, ensuring effective time management.
- Recording and maintaining an accurate key register and key storage cabinet.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Relevant computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe and other PDF editing enabling tools.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Clerical experience in an office setting is preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.50-£14.53 per hour
Expected hours: 21.5 per week
