This is a leadership role combining high-level executive support with hands-on operational management. You will be the administrative backbone of the company, ensuring peak efficiency and maintaining a first-class working environment aligned with our company values.
**Key Responsibilities**
This role is split across several focus areas, demanding a Solutions Focused approach and a commitment to delivery:
- Sales administration/order processing.
- Administering the pre-contract lifecycle, from initial proposal alignment to defining the final scope, pricing, and operational handover documentation.
- Take administrative ownership of cross-departmental projects as directed by the C-Suite, owning commitments from start to finish.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring the environment is professional, efficient, and truly exceptional.
- Manage all aspects of facilities, including maintenance coordination, security, and equipment, ensuring full adherence to Health & Safety and UK office regulations.
- Design, implement, and refine streamlined administrative systems, constantly seeking to innovate and find a better way to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage non-payroll budgets and oversee key service providers (cleaning, IT support, catering).
- Act as a trusted point of contact, fostering an environment of trust, respect, and open communication.
- Assist with confidential HR-related processes such as onboarding and training coordination.
- Proactively support staff wellbeing initiatives, helping to coordinate wellness programmes and activities to build a shared positive culture.
**What You'll Bring (About You)**

- 5+ years of administrative experience, including exposure to executive-level support.
- Proven ability to manage both strategic executive demands and day-to-day office logistics simultaneously.

- Strong interpersonal skills: you must be confident, professional, approachable, and highly capable of acting as a positive culture champion.
- A self-starter mentality who is an optimistic doer and acts with urgency to deliver on time, every time.
