Our Inbound sales team at Buy it Direct is growing - we are looking for new talent to join our team with a guaranteed basic salary and an uncapped commission scheme. There is no cold calling, our customers contact us. We’re offering **part-time** opportunities, flexibly working weekends and/or evenings (4pm-8pm). Minimum 8hrs a week. The role is Office based in Huddersfield, with potential for remote working on successful completion of training. If you’re a student searching for flexible work in Huddersfield, then look no further **About the role**: As an Inbound Sales Advisor, your role is to ensure customers contacting us get a great standard of service. Our sales advisors, are often our customer’s first point of contact. - You will be targeted to optimize sales opportunities by closing sales over the phone but also looking at other options to increase sales i.e. recommending additional products, alternatives or even calling customers back who have not completed their on-line purchase. - You will be required to respond to our webchat messages.
