Customer Service Advisor - Permanent and Temporary roles available.

This is an exciting time to join Avant at our growing Repair Network Customer Centre. We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors with roles being offered on a permanent and temporary basis with excellent benefits and competitive salary.

The main responsibilities for the Customer Service Advisor are as follows:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Management of live chat channels
- Perform against KPIs - Average call time, Quality score, Call Handling SLAs
- Problem solve customer queries and any escalate complex queries to senior managers
- Some administrative tasks - logging call notes, maintaining database etc
- Have a resilient and positive attitude
- Previous experience within a call centre environment is an advantage
- Experience within a customer facing role (telephone or face to face) is essential
- Enjoy communicating with customers and solving any queries

Salary and Benefits:

- £22k
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (30 in total)

- Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm / 9am - 5.30pm)
