As part of a major data transformation, we are recruiting for a Product Data Lead, EMEA (Europe, Middle East + Africa). This position is located in either High Wycombe, UK, or Zug, Switzerland and may require up to 5% domestic and/or international travel.

This new role sits within the J+J E2E (end to end) Data Excellence Team. This team's purpose is to deploy fit for use data, to enable analytics solutions to answer key business questions that unlock growth. Consumer and customer centricity, speed and agility are critical to our ways of working. We connect across the business, working with Supply Chain, R+D, Marketing, Customer + Sales, Finance, IT, Consumer Business Intelligence, to serve markets with data and analytics that help them to better serve our customers and consumers.

The Product Data Lead is responsible for establishing the prioritization of data initiatives that will improve the quality of product data ‘end to end’ across the functions in the organization. In collaboration with the Global Data Team, Master Data Team and Business leaders, the role needs to understand critical business priorities and align these into a comprehensive foundational product data roadmap for the Region. The role will be responsible for leading the successful execution of the roadmap, across all functions involved.

The role is a very exciting opportunity for an individual with a curiosity and passion for data and problem solving. This is a new role that is well suited to people with excellent communication and project management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the development of EMEA’s Foundational Product Data Roadmap through coordination and teamwork with key functions (Supply Chain, R+D, Quality, Sales and Marketing, Data Operations, J+J Technology).
- Strong project management of numerous initiatives with diverse teams and high personal accountability. Management of project communication, interdependencies, tracking and issue resolution.
- Lead the prioritization of new initiatives, through building connections within the business to identify needs, and working together with team members to assess business impact, resources, cost and timing.
- Drive the definition of data governance requirements, including facilitating business process redesign and remediation activities where needed.
- Accountable for Product Data Health critical metrics, and the improvement and remediation of these.
- Responsible for strong project portfolio management, and progress updates to senior leadership

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / R+D / Master data management roles is desired
- Extensive hands on experience in handling product data for analysis and decision making
- Experience in leading projects in a complex, multi functional and geographical environment
- Individuals with passion for problem solving and an ability to get things done would be a good fit for this position
- Ability to work independently with an ambitious attitude, multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize tasks is required.
- Excellent communication skills, including clearly and effectively communicating and presenting recommendations to both Senior leadership and peers is required
- High proficiency in English is required
