**Manager, Digital Analytics Data Governance**
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Digital Analytics Data Governance Consumer Health EMEA (Europe. Middle East, Africa). This position is located in High Wycombe, UK, and may require up to 5% domestic and/or international travel.
The Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Company develops and markets beloved brands that address the needs of consumers and health care professionals worldwide. Our portfolio ranges across several distinct business units: Skin Heath, Essential Health and Self Care (OTC) products.
The Manager, Digital Analytics Data Governance EMEA will report the Director Global Media Analytics, be embedded in the EMEA Data Excellence team and work closely with global and EMEA digital analytics and media teams.
In this critical role, the Manager will co-develop the Digital Data Governance standards by implementing strategies and processes that will improve the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of our Digital Analytics data, including Digital Media, Web Analytics, eCommerce, Voice of Customer, and other digital data domains in the EMEA region.
The Manager will work closely partner with the J&J technology team (JJT) in a “hands-on” capacity ensuring that Data Catalogues as valuable single source of truth for data governance and standards are up to date in this fast changing space. In addition, the Manger will interrogate our Datalake environment to ensure the structure of our digital datasets is robust for our business requirements.
The Manager will forge close relationships with key stakeholders at our media agencies - ensuring adoption and ongoing development of our taxonomies - as well as developing partnerships with key technology vendors - such as Google and Facebook and more regional/local players - and ensures “last mile” deployment is following best practice.
**Responsibilities**:
- In partnership with J&J technology team (JJT) and with internal and external Business stakeholders, co-define the rules and standards for data governance and data quality for Digital data in close collaboration with the global digital data governance manager counterpart
- Lead data governance and harmonization of digital data sources: data accuracy, completeness, quality integrations, etc.
- Ensure consistency of the digital data definitions and calculations used by the business and agency partners regionally
- Develop more automated processes to deliver more efficient and effective data governance standards.
- Have a solid understanding of the Privacy landscape (GDPR etc), Brand Safety and Ethical use of data
- Co-own digital data taxonomies and compliance tracking processes
- Oversee the process of resolving any quality issues in a timely matter
- Coordinate data processes with agencies, JJT and business partners
- Manage and promote the Alation Data Catalogue as the single source of truth for datalake documentation and standards, to ensure data searchability and usability.
- Drive awareness and adoption of data governance practices across key JnJ stakeholder groups and external partners to emphasize the business value derived from robust data governance standards.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Degree in marketing, finance or information technology is preferred.
- 5 years of Digital Media experience is desired
- Experience with Digital Media Technology platforms and data such as GMP, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP etc
- Experience with Web Analytics tools and data such as Google Analytics, is an asset
- Understanding of database architecture and SQL experience is required.
- Experience with Data Harmonization, Master Data Management is required
- Understanding of Data Quality principles and industry best practices is required
- Experience with Data Cataloging tools and processes is preferred
- Experience of cloud database environments such as Amazon AWS and Google Cloud is required
- Passion for digital data governance and awareness of new industrial trends in this space will be desirable.
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset, multi-tasking and the aptitude to prioritize tasks is required.
- Ability to manage people and expectations, and influence stakeholders effectively in a consultative capacity is required.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present recommendations to stakeholders at all levels is required.
- Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills is required
