Our client is a global and innovative law firm who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their growing team in their London office, on a 12 month FTC basis.
The main responsibilities for the Senior HR Advisor will be to provide an excellent level of service in terms of HR operational support and HR advice to the wider team in London. This will include Business Development & Marketing, Business Services, CentralManagement, Finance, HR and IT.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Providing operational HR support for employees on day-to-day HR issues (e.g., maternity leave, flexible working policies and procedures, salary and benefits queries, sickness absence and absence review meetings).
- Supporting new joiners and conducting probation reviews as well as conducting exit interviews.
- Providing assistance to the HR Managers in delivering salary reviews.
- Assisting in resource planning through monthly and ad hoc reports on quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Analysing key performance data and preparing for talent meetings.
- Liaising with the Training & Events/third party suppliers to coordinate learning & development activities for the teams.
- Supporting in the recruitment of staff locally and providing advice and support.
- Working on ad hoc projects around collation of market data, job descriptions and their employer brand.
- Advising staff on policies and procedures, ensuring consistency of practice and answering ad-hoc internal/external HR queries.
- Liaising with a wide range of senior contacts and stakeholders internationally.
The Senior HR Advisor will have proven HR experience, ideally within a legal or a professional services/partnership environment. CIPD qualification and any coaching experience is preferred. It is essential to demonstrate strong relationship building, influencingskills and have good knowledge and understanding of current employment law.
