**What we are looking for?**

A couple of exciting opportunity have arisen to expand our operations in South London in the Mitcham, Croydon, Crystal Palace areas also West London - Wembley and Richmond areas. You will be responsible for delivering consistently high standards for our customers. A company van/travel expenses are covered as part for the role.

What will your day look like?

We currently have a vacancy for a **Senior Mobile Property Caretaker **around the west and south London areas, on multiple developments.
- You will be proactive in maintaining a portfolio of developments, performing fire door inspections and repairs, as well as other maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
- Core working hours are 8:00am to 4.00pm on site Monday to Friday with extra hours sometimes required. You are required to undertake travelling time, of up to 1 hour to and from the sites you are working on as well, within the company van.
- To maintain and update records of activities using mobile apps.

What makes a successful Property Caretaker?
- You will demonstrate good decision-making skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care’ representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed works are completed within agreed time frames.
- You will live in or around the South London the Mitcham, Croydon, Crystal Palace areas also West London - Wembley and Richmond areas. area to enable the best operational route.
- Full Driving License (preferable) as on occasions you may be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job.
