**The Opportunity**:
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a receptionist to join our Reception team at Peterborough.

**The Role**:
As the Receptionist, you will report into the Depot Manager.

This is a key role in terms of customer service and security for the store. The main purpose of the role is to meet & greet customers, ensure appropriate security and data protection procedures are followed and other administrative duties to support the front of house function.

**Key Result Areas, Tasks and Main Duties**:

- Meet and greet customers as their first point of contact
- Check in process for customers
- Register new customer accounts
- Contact customers to alert them to promotions using company systems
- Deal with customer queries effectively and efficiently
- A range of other administrative duties to support the operations and sales
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work to procedures
- Proven administrative experience and excellent IT skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- A professional, flexible and reliable attitude and approach
- 2 years previous reception experience
- 30 days annual leave (Including bank holidays), Pro rata for part time employees
