We are looking for a Treatment Co-Ordinator/Admin assistant to join our team at Hamilton Smile Studios.

4 days per week.

We are a mixed practice in Hamilton, looking to add a new role of treatment co-ordinator /admin assistant to our team. We're a very friendly team who are looking for the right person to strengthen the team. We have a really high level of customer care and really value a good work / home life balance.

We want each employee to feel that they want to come to work everyday and be a part of our great team

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Confidently building relationships with patients
- Follow up on consultations and follow up aftercare
- Provide relevant information on dental treatment/estimates & Dental Plans
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- Delivering the best patient journey throughout the course of the treatment
- Maintain patient trust throughout their journey
- Take deposits & payments for treatment
- Excellent telephone manner with a genuine interest in helping our patient
- Supporting the Practice Manager
- Ensuring smooth running of the reception and admin processes
- Supporting and providing clinical guidance to the dental nursing team

What We’re Looking For:

- GDC Registered Dental Nurse - Essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental setting
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident in dealing with patients both face-to-face and over the phone
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude
