We are currently looking for a Team Leader to join our new build & major works team on a full-time contract and help us deliver exciting new changes across our organisation.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our New Build and Major Works Team as a Team Leader. This role is critical to ensure New Build and Major Works consistently deliver a high-quality service to our customers.

You will assist in the Management of the employed labour force, apprentices, trainees, agency and sub-contractors to provide an excellent service for the South Tyneside Homes residents and for external clients.

You will be responsible to the New Build and Major Works Programme Manager - You will lead, manage and motivate the staff to ensure all work is delivered on time and to budget complying with STH policy & procedures and all current legislation.

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious team player to assist in the delivery of our New Build and Major Works service, ensuring that we continue to deliver a high quality and cost-effective service through highly motivated, customer focussed approach.
