Supporting the CRB GB high performing inclusive culture, focussing on learning & knowledge management, the Digital Learning & Knowledge Management Lead focuses on heling shape our knowledge management & digital learning strategy, + designing meaningful, interactive learning experiences that delivers on the desired learning outcomes and goals. The Digital Learning & Knowledge Management Lead understands knowledge management, adult learning, digital, eLearning and mobile learning technology, learning content platforms, and multi-media to create dynamic learning experiences. Under the direction of the Willis Ltd & G-LoB Chief of Staff, the Specialist creates desired digital courses and experiences within the desired timeframe for colleagues and potentially clients.

**The role**
- Designed and shape the CRB GB Knowledge management strategy
- Design and development of digital content - eLearning and responsive mobile learning to offer CRB colleagues and clients learning that meets their immediate and future knowledge and development needs
- Provides technology expertise that engages the CRB workforce in a culture of learning
- Supports post-learning evaluation of quality and effectiveness by capturing and reporting appropriate development data
- Helps support the business with client engagement needs
- Works with the CRB GB L&D lead to deliver on strategic outcomes

**The requirements**
- Proficient in the use of Rapid Authoring Toolsets such as Adobe Captivate (v9 and above); Articulate Storyline 360
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud suite as well as Whiteboarding / Animation software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Project planning software (Microsoft Project)
- Knowledge of best practices for adult learning and related tools
- Strong Organisational and Planning skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a defined reporting relationship
- Advance knowledge of latest learning technology and formats
- Knowledge of audio and video editing and software
- Management / Knowledge of Learning Content Platforms including: publishing digital content, maintain learning data and creating dashboards/reports to capture and analyse data
- Able to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels within WTW
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Role is to include internal work and some external, or working with external platforms
