We're seeking an Operation Lead to join our growing team In this exciting role, you'll wear two hats: leading our fulfillment hub for efficient order processing and delivery, and collaborating with shopping teams to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Make a Difference**:
Optimize fulfillment operations: Implement and streamline processes to ensure accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness in order fulfillment.

Champion shopper experience: Partner with shopping teams to create a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey for Shoppers.

Lead and inspire: Motivate and develop fulfillment personnel and shopper associates, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Drive growth: Analyze data and insights to identify and implement improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to our business goals.

**What We're Looking For**:
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role (retail, logistics or fulfillment preferred).

Proven track record of optimizing processes and achieving results.

Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics principles.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for customer service and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Experience with B2C ecommerce and warehouse management systems is a plus.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
