**What**
**will you be doing?**:

- Maximizing the sustained output and quality of the teams and assist the teams to continually improve
- Coaching the stakeholders and teams in Agile values, practices, and rules
- Ensuring comprehensive and clear documentation of the architecture, designs and deliverables
- Understanding the appropriate organizational policies and standards applicable teams’ work and guide them to deliver
- Initiating and managing the implementation plan, including all the activities
- Ensuring that realistic detailed sprint plans are prepared and maintained, providing regular and accurate reports on progress against plan to stakeholders as appropriate
- Ensuring project dependencies and assumptions are factored into the planning process
- Coaching the teams to become self-organized and cross-functional and maintain team’s motivation

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in Project planning related to technical delivery
- The ability to lead and drive high value projects independently providing regular comms to senior stakeholders
- The ability to provide weekly summaries, MI packs articulating progress, blockers and issues

**Skills that**
**will help you in the role**:

- An understanding of managing technical implementations/Tooling involving changes to services
- Experience/Knowledge in delivery of large scale complex migration projects
- Knowledge of the aPaaS/BCP environments
- The ability to analyse and document specific projects' business requirements and strategic resolution initiatives

**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful green environment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play. We have an onsite gym, as well as outdoor tennis, football and cricket areas, as well as onsite restaurant and coffee shops.
