**The Role**
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Produce reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material.
- Set up, maintain and archive files ensuring compliance with opening and closing procedures, money laundering procedures, signed terms of business, agreements etc.
- Contribute to providing content for the social media profile of the department/geographic locations.
- Compliance - understands regulatory compliance requirements and responsible for ensuring all required documentation is received and processed to meet regulatory requirements.
- Preparing letters of engagement.
- Dealing with clients to provide updates and obtain information.
- Filing/photocopying/scanning/archiving/printing/binding.
- Handling telephone calls, taking messages and covering phones.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, arranging couriers etc.
- Maintaining online/paper filing system ensuring compliance with RICS, money laundering rules, QMS and company processes and procedures.
- Raising fee invoices and management of the team’s billing process.
- Sending out fee invoices to clients and dealing with any queries.
- Helping at internal/external department events and arranging and coordinating team meetings and events.
- Support fee earners with research.
- Supporting client reporting requirements.
**What you will need to succeed**
Qualifications and IT skills
- Intermediate IT skills.

Experience and Knowledge
- Experience in an administrator role, preferably within a professional services company.
