The firm seeks an experienced Senior Solicitor to drive growth and provide strategic leadership for their Legal Expenses Civil Litigation team.
- Lead and manage the team while building corporate client and partner relationships for the team and firm's growth
- Contribute senior-level strategy and offer both contentious and non-contentious legal advice to businesses and individuals, both insured and uninsured
- Oversee governance, compliance, and contract management, and handle their own caseload
- Possess expertise in Commercial Litigation and a track record of acquiring new clients
- Be an effective manager, fostering a positive and productive team environment and continuously improving team standards and performance
