**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Business area introduction**

As a DSG Executive Director you will work alongside DSG colleagues globally and other professionals throughout the firm, providing comprehensive Corporate & Investment Banking advise and solutions in the digital acceleration of current and prospective client’s business as well as developing value-added products and services, both in-house and in partnership with third-parties.

**Key activities**
- Act as a key senior DSG team member in the origination, evaluation of ideas / opportunities and execution of transactions, working on a broad scope of assignments across multiple geographies, sectors and products/services.
- Build, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, based in developing a strategic dialogue with, and advisory services for, those clients in the area of technological and digital solutions (namely Fintech), by developing innovative, scalable, and sustainable digital capabilities.
- Generate new ideas and creative approaches to origination and execution of transactions.
- Structure and/or supervise presentations and projects/transactions related documents for internal and external purposes.
- Manage and mentor junior DSG members (between others in marketing pitches, project/deal executions, career development,)

**What we’re looking for**
- Extensive relevant experience with a proven track record working on complex transactions. Experience with Tech, Fintech and Disruptive Tech related transactions is preferred
- Bachelor's degree/University degree in a technical field (engineering, mathematics, computer science, etc.) and/or in Finance/Economics
- Strong problem solving, quantitative/analytical, data management and research skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, desire for high-performance work environments, strategic/creative thinking (+ innovation/Tech interest)
- Team player, orchestrating skills for cross-functional and matrixed teams (internal and external projects)
- Distinguished communication skills and capacity to prepare high impact materials for internal/external meetings
- Fluent in English and professional level of Spanish and/or Portuguese

**What else you need to know**

This role is based in our Triton Square office in London, conveniently located within walking distance from Euston Station and Warren Street Station.

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
