We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. This entry-level position will provide an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to kick-start their career in this field. As a Trainee Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team's efforts to drive brand awareness, execute campaigns and events, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including online and offline initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report findings to the team.
- Support the coordination of events, conferences, and other promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Support with the development and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development and design, to ensure seamless execution and reporting of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and strategies.
- Provide administrative support to team, including, but not limited to monthly invoicing, arranging contracts with suppliers, and coordinating legal and business sign off.
- Assist with all other aspects of general marketing support to the wider Group, as and where required.

**Skills, knowledge and expertise**:

- Ideally hold a marketing qualification or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow within the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and third party-suppliers.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Any prior experience or internships in marketing will be considered an advantage but is not required.

You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
