Front of House Supervisor required for a family friendly traditional Cumbrian Hotel/Restaurant in the western Lake District. This role will predominantly require you to work as part of the food and beverage team but at times lone working during off season, providing exceptional and smooth delivery of service. Including answering calls, processing bookings or reservations, waiting on tables, working the bar including some lock up shifts and helping with events. Other duties and expectations would be discussed at the interview.

Shift work and some straight shifts are involved working over a 5 day period. Could be a breakfast lunch or evening shift.

The role is permanent but can be flexible with what days & shifts worked

The wage for front of house Supervisors is dependent on age, experience and if the individual would like to progress to more senior roles. Familiar with the Guestline rezlinks PMS & EPOS systems would be a benefit. Previous leaderships skills and staff training skills would also be desirable but not essential

You must be able to demonstrate good leadership skills, show initiative, good interactive customer communication, be able to work as part of a team and have a proven track record within the hospitality industry. You must be of smart appearance and a skilled multi tasker.
