In this role you can;
- Put your strong and fast paced administrative skills to good use within our order processing and repairs functions
- Advance your knowledge of Windows and Microsoft products, CRM software
- Use your good geographical knowledge of the south-east of England aided by Google maps to support our field-based installation engineers
- Help everyone around you feel like a special customer, whether they are part of our internal team or our external customers, with your positive can-do attitude
- Use your confidence and engaging telephone manner to support our customers and engineers with your empathetic and supportive style of communication
- Put your proficient problem-solving skills to good use with our engineer diary
- Be good at quickly learning new systems and procedures
