The role
We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Commercial Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to the commercial success of our projects.
**Essential criteria;**

- **Attitude**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients.
- **Time Management**: Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- **Work Ethic**: A proactive “can-do” attitude, coupled with excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Interest**: A genuine interest in developing a career within a commercial environment, ideally with some exposure to or interest in the construction and engineering industries.
- **Skills**: Proficient IT skills, with a particular strength in Microsoft Excel.
**Role and responsibilities;**
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing crucial commercial and administrative support. **What your role will include**:
- Accurately inputting and processing financial data for commercial reporting, encompassing month-end reports and forecasts.
- Administering our finance and project management systems, including the setup of new jobs/contracts and the onboarding of subcontractors.
- Ensuring the efficient processing of subcontractor payments.
- Assisting with the administration of salary allocations.
- Providing comprehensive general commercial administration support to the wider team.
