We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Assistant at Next Elmsall.**

**Location: Next**

**Rate of pay: £10.80 per hour + nights enhancement**

**Working pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6.15pm - 01.45am (average weekly hours of 26.25)**

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- To assist in everyday food preparation and cooking in the kitchen as and when required.
- Serve all food to the highest standard and in line with the Company style using the correct tools and presentation techniques.
- Prepare and serve all beverages in a timely manner and to Company standards.
- To set up service counters for service and keep the service areas clean, tidy and presentable in line with the Company standards.
- Clean and wash up all equipment, kitchen and service areas to comply with cleaning schedules.
- Under the guidance of your Line Manager ensure that merchandising at service counters and dining areas have products correctly priced, labelled and in date.
- Work with team members to maintain food availability during service periods.
- Assist in the cleaning and clearing of tables polishing of cutlery.
