We are currently recruiting for a General Assistant at Next Elmsall 3.

**Location**: Next

**Rate of pay**: £10.80 per hour + nights enhancement

**Working pattern**: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6.30pm - 02.00am

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**

**Food Production and Safety**
- Responsible to ensure the food provision in the relevant site with support of your chef’s is of a high consistent standard
- To fully understand the G&G/ CH&CO brand in terms of food and food service
- Liaise with the back of house teams (chef manager / chefs ) daily to establish menus and requirements for service.
- Ensure all allergen / date labelling is in place and correct
- Ensure all allergen information is in place and correct
- Ensure all Daily Due Diligence is correctly recorded and signed off daily
- Ensure the unit retains 5-star Local Authority Hygiene Rating
- Ensure all external / internal audits / mystery shop results achieve the appropriate pass mark
- Ensure relevant training of food safety, H&S and E Learning is up to date, evidenced and recorded of all team members
- Complete the payroll timesheets weekly recording absence/ sickness as required
