Community Support Manager

I am currently working with a leading provider of learning disabilities. They provide vital support and independence to adults over the age of 18 in their own home, out in community, supported living sites and residential sites.
They are currently recruiting for community support managers to oversee clusters of 2 and 3 bed supported living bungalows. You will be reporting straight into the regional managers and have a full staff team reporting to you. This is a full-time post of 37.5hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with travel between sites and the opportunity to manage your own diary and work remotely.

To be considered for this role you must have a full driving licence, experience in autism and learning disabilities, experience managing or leading a team, your NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
For your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of up to £30,000 per year as well as a desirable annual leave, pension and health care package and the opportunity to complete you NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management fully funded. You will alsoget the chance to report to and liaise with the senior management team and the board of directors and build up a fulfilling career.
