Join us as Core Lending Fraud Product Owner
- This is an opportunity for a driven Product Owner to take on an exciting new career challenge in our Commercial & Institutional Fraud Management team
- Based in our Fraud Prevention Centre of Excellence, you’ll be working with stakeholders across the bank to identify and implement fraud controls in the core lending products and journeys
- This is an opportunity to join a team of fraud specialist, have a tangible effect on the business, put your existing skills to the test, and advance your career

**What you'll do**:
We’ll look to you to bring the point of view of our customers, end users, and stakeholders to the forefront of understanding the product vision. You'll own and drive the fraud product vision and roadmap, while contributing to the wider objectives.

In addition, you'll be:

- Ensuring fraud risk is addressed within the end-to-end customer journey for the full range of core lending offerings, including governmental schemes
- Envisioning future customer needs based on thorough market understanding
- Accountable for the team backlog and helping to break down features into stories and priorities
- Analysing customer insight, market and competitor analysis, and the commercial performance of the product set to enhance the proposition offering across all franchise journeys
- Demonstrating commercial responsibility for the product set with end-to-end profit and loss view, including benefits realisation
- Supporting the development of your teams by answering any questions and removing impediments

**The skills you'll need**:
You'll need a good understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience of working in an Agile team or Scrum. Along with a passion for customer centric design, you’ll have the ability to innovate, partner, and collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to implement the best digital experience for our customers.

You’ll have extensive knowledge of commercial core lending products, including governmental schemes and the associated fraud landscape. You’ll also have strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills, able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.

As well as this, you’ll need:

- Experience of prioritising backlogs to best achieve business outcomes, and using data to make decisions
- A good understanding of risk and controls management
- Experience of challenging the status quo, and constructively innovating fraud journeys for non-personal customers
- Product experience in the financial services industry and a focus on delivering customer value
