A new opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join an excellent Legal 500 firm with a very strong Residential Property team, offering excellent future career prospects.**A long established Sussex firm based outside of Brighton with offices also in London are seeking an ambitious individual to join what is a very busy and successful residential property team. With a very strong focus on the client relationships the firm couldbe viewed as quite traditional as far as values are concerned but they are every bit as modern as the next when it comes business and innovation.
The firm can boast a wide ranging and high level of expertise when it comes to their residential property team they have expertise based in London itself and have attracted solicitors with a City training to the Sussex offices, where also the Head of Propertyat the firm is located. The team provides residential conveyancing services, and also advises on equity release and re-mortgage, leasehold enfranchisement, licences and variations, and development and planning.In addition to these services they also offerspecialist sector expertise in listed property, country estates and high value property in London and across the UK often involving very high value and complex transactions.
They firm require an experienced Legal Assistant who is well versed in residential property matters having previously gained experience within a residential conveyancing team. The role requires a highly organised individual, comfortable in engaging with clients,working to deadlines and providing a 1st class service to the fee earner and client alike.
