- HR Administrator - Main duties:

- Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR team reporting to the Group Head of HR.
- Active involvement in the recruitment process
- Processing documentation for starters, contract amendments and leavers
- Active involvement in the process for managing equipment and uniform relating to starters and leavers and current employees.
- Deal with absence monitoring and communicating information to line managers.
- Assist the Group Head of HR when required
- Maintaining current spreadsheets for accurate reporting to the Group Head of HR.
- Collating payroll data including information for starters, contract amendments, leavers, sickness and unpaid leave.
- Ensuring the HR database is updated for accurate employee records.
- Assist with managing the Company’s intranet and other HR related systems.
- Organise IT equipment & uniform for new starters and returned equipment/uniform for leavers including maintaining records.

HR Administrator - Skills required:

- Experience within a Generalist HR position.
- Familiarity with HR software database (preferably SAGE 50 HR).
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent computer skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HR legislation, including the need to comply with company policies and procedures.
- Ability to work on own initiative with mínimal support.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time

**Salary**: £12.02 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
